As we scale our operations, we rely on integrated systems to manage supply chain, logistics, and production with precision. We’re seeking a strategic and technically skilled ERP Systems Manager to oversee the functionality, performance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise resource planning tools. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, real-time data accuracy, and cross-departmental coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and optimize ERP systems to support core business functions, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and production tracking2. Collaborate with department leads to assess workflow needs and customize ERP functionality to match operational goals3. Oversee system updates, permissions, and user access to ensure data security and integrity4. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in coordination with IT support or third-party vendors5. Develop and deliver ERP training sessions and user guides to ensure adoption and proper usage across departments6. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making related to supply chain, fulfillment, and operational planning

Who You Are:1. A systems-minded thinker with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics operations2. Experienced in ERP system administration, ideally in a manufacturing, processing, or production-heavy environment3. Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions4. Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical team members5. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially in maintaining data integrity and documentation6.
