As a Production Team Lead, you’ll guide day-to-day operations on the production floor. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting your team. You’ll play a key part in executing production plans, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our processes run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead, supervise, and support a team of production associates during scheduled shifts2. Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance standards3. Monitor and enforce safety protocols, addressing any issues proactively4. Train new team members on equipment, SOPs, and workflow best practices5. Communicate effectively with management regarding challenges and improvements6. Assist with documentation, inventory checks, and routine audits as needed

Who You Are:1. A proactive and supportive leader with prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment2. Skilled at motivating and coaching team members to meet performance goals3. Strong communicator with the ability to clearly give and receive direction4. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail5. While using our products is not required, we encourage all team members to become ambassadors of our industry and share in our passion for wellness and innovation
