As we continue to scale, we depend on strong leadership within our production teams to ensure every stage is executed with precision. Our Production Team Captains are responsible for overseeing day-to-day production flow by holding team leads accountable, and ensuring all logs and systems are updated and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the order ticket process by prioritizing based on the production schedule and fulfillment log

2. Ensure proper jumping, labeling, and staging of order tickets using appropriate materials and documentation

3. Mark and track order progress within the production schedule

4. Oversee the bud room sign-in/out sheet to verify that all order tickets are properly logged, signed, and tracked by team leads

5. Perform end-of-day audits, including verifying log accuracy, ensuring all work-in-progress items are recorded, and confirming data entries are complete and compliant

3. Able to manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively to maintain production flow

4. Proficient in reading and updating production schedules, logs, and internal documentation systems
